The Journey of Coming Home to Yourself

 Date & Location TBD

The Workshop

Home ~ A place where you can be unapologetically yourself. Where you feel safe, supported and nurtured. A place where you soul feels free.

Is this how you feel in your daily life? Or do you tend to rather judge and put yourself down?

Do you find it easy to let go and be present? Or are you constantly trying to be in control and are often overcome with feelings of stress or anxiety?

Are you able to voice your truth and be your authentic self no matter what? Or are you afraid that people will reject you?

Are you able to embrace your emotions and practice vulnerability? Or are you stuck in your mind and fearful of true intimacy?

Do you believe in your capabilities to achieve beautiful things? Or does your mind tell you that you are not good enough?

Join me for this workshop where we will address the above and deep dive into the depths of our soul to nurture all aspects of our being that we once rejected. Using a mix of positive psychology, spiritual coaching, energy psychology (EFT) and breathwork, I will create a safe space where we can sit with whatever needs to come up and release what no longer serves us. You will get tangible tools that you can use in your daily life to exit the mind and reconnect with your heart. This will be a homecoming, from fear back to love.

You will receive concrete tools to practice the following in your daily life:
- Self-compassion & Self-love
- Vulnerability & Meaningful connection
- Authenticity
- Presence
- Mindset shifts
- Heart centered living
...and more

Reconnecting with our bodies & hearts

With meditation and mindfulness techniques we will connect with our bodies and hearts so we can let intuition and energy guide us towards the areas that need healing. Through these practices your mind will quieten and your heart will open, creating foundation necessary for reflection and change.  We will lean into discomfort and feel emotions we have been suppressing for a long time.

Embracing our shadows

Using self inquiry, targeted questioning and group coaching, we will identify repeating patterns and triggers (both cognitive and physical) . These can be our biggest teachers as they show us what needs to be healed. After analysing these patterns, we will outline the beliefs that are fuelling these patterns and holding you back from reaching your full potential. There will be elements of shadow work and inner child healing here.

Feeling alive and free

When we go through a challenging or traumatic situation, emotions get trapped in our bodies and can lead to stress, sickness and physical problems. In order to reprogram a limiting belief, we also have to release the energetic charge of the emotion associated with it.  Using EFT  and breathwork we will release these emotions, creating space for healing to take place. Once you have discharged this energy, these situations will no longer have the same impact on you nor trigger you; you will feel lighter and you will be able to open your heart again.

Having the courage to be seen

Being vulnerable is one of the most courageous things we can do. Because it requires us to lower our masks and be seen. For most this is daunting, because we fear rejection. We fear feeling discomfort. But according to research by Brene Brown, those who dare to be vulnerable live longer and happier lives, and have deeper and more meaningful relationships. We will practice this in a safe setting and allow ourselves to fully let go and be seen.

Learning to love ourselves

What does your inner voice sound like? Are you strict with yourself and put yourself down? This is a fundamental shift that has to happen so that you can create the space necessary for deep transformation and growth. We will discuss these topics and you will leave with actionable ways to embody self-love and self-compassion on a daily basis.

Hi I'm Cassandra!

For a long time I felt like I did not belong, that there was this endless void inside of me. I had the urge to “run away”….and ever so often I would mumble to myself that I “wanted to go home”. But I had no clue where home was. I was in quite a predicament. So I starting searching; and what I discovered was that the foundation of “home” is self-acceptance and self-love. Once we accept ourselves fully, no matter where we are in the world we feel like we belong. Because first and foremost we belong to ourselves. When we achieve this we experience deep inner peace, presence and can fearlessly pursue our dreams. I want to share my learnings with you in this 2-day workshop and help you reconnect with your heart, your true essence; and finally come home to yourself. I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, a Diploma in Personal Coaching from Kingstown College Dublin, a level 1 in Pranic Healing and I am a certified EFT practitioner.

  • “There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.”
