The Retreat

Soak up the sun, make new friends and give yourself the nourishment you need. This retreat is focused on turning inward and creating space so you can identify what you truly want in life and shed what no longer serves you.

We will be answering questions like:
~ Who am I? 
~ What do I want in Life? 
~ What truly makes me happy? 

...and look at ways to take conscious action and redefining happiness.

And dive into areas like self-love, authenticity, meaning, flow, self-awareness and releasing fear and self-limiting beliefs.

The Boutique Hotel

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel is situated in the spiritual center of Bali, Ubud. Submerged in the beautiful jungle, the hotel consists of 10 en-suite bedrooms, pool, organic restaurant, yoga shala and spa.  Enjoy the amazing sunsets, explore Ubud (10 minutes by scooter) or just relax by the pool! 
Workshop Themes

These are the core themes and areas that we will be covering during the retreat. They are all interconnected and combine theory, practise and tools you can use on a daily basis. 

Reducing Stress and Anxiety

Is stress damaging relationships with those around you? Do you dread going to work? Can you feel that it is affecting your health and wellbeing? Through exercises based on awareness, mindfulness and self-compassion you will learn how to lower stress and anxiety, be in control of your emotional responses, become more present, positive and self-compassionate and shift your perspective to approach difficult circumstances with resilience and ease. 

Learning to Love Ourselves

We will identify limiting thought patterns and try to turn our inner critic into our inner coach. Through evidence based exercises we will learn how to fully accept ourselves and treat our perceived failures and inadequacies with love and compassion. Self-compassion is linked to increased wellbeing, positive emotion, resilience and stronger connections with others. 

From Fear to Authenticity

Fear is the number one reason we do not pursue our dreams. Fear of rejection, of failure, of loneliness...and the list goes on. What is the root of all fear? Many say, fear of the unknown. In this module we will explore the dimensions of  fear and see how we can combat it via love and compassion. What are your values? What energises you? What does authenticity actually look like? How can you create more meaning in your life? These are just some of the questions we will answer during this module. Based on Buddhist teachings, you will walk away with knowledge and practical methods to turn fear into fearlessness and live closer to your authentic self.  

Deep Self-Awareness

With group meditation and mindfulness practises we will quieten the mind and connect with the heart so that we can feel the bliss of presence and tune into our authentic selves. All phases of the workshop are rooted in self-inquiry, leading to greater self-awareness and more clarity around fundamental needs and motivations.

Lead a Meaningful Life

Here using group coaching techniques and positive psychology as the foundation, we will identify what is important in our lives and what isn't, so as to re-adjust priorities and focus. We will discuss the topic of flow and how this can be a great guide towards understanding what truly makes us happy and energises us. Using self inquiry, targeted questioning and group coaching, we will identify your personal core values which can act as a compass for making tough decisions and giving you a clearer picture of what you want in life. 

Inner Child Healing

Through guided visualisation and group coaching you will discover the root cause of some of your fears, insecurities and limiting beliefs, as well as your childhood needs that were never met. In our adult life we tend to subconsciously attract situations that mirror our traumas or unmet needs as children, in the hope that this time around we will manage to get closure. This normally happens on a subconscious level and translates into sabotaging life patterns and limiting beliefs. 

Look at the areas where you feel stuck and where patterns keep repeating themselves...they will point you towards what needs to be healed. Through this process we will be able to identify and heal them together.

Positive Psychology & Mindset Coach (MSC)
Hey I'm Cassandra!

My mission is to help people move from fear to authenticity and reach their full potential, by stepping out of the mind and moving into the heart. I use a mix of positive psychology, mindfulness, energy psychology and mindset coaching. I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, a Diploma of Personal Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin and a level 1 Pranic Healing Practitioner certification.

The Area

Located in the centre of Bali, the town of Ubud buzzes with a creative and spiritual energy that beckons travellers from all over into its warm embrace. Its streets are alive with a unique balance of local culture and western boho that the Balinese have so famously perfected, and the eclectic mix of people range from visionary entrepreneurs to open-hearted, culture seeking backpackers to flowing hippy spirits. The boutique hotel is located only 10 minutes away from the center.

What is included in the price?

- Accommodation for 6 nights
- All Meals: Breakfast - lunch - dinner (vegetarian and organic traditional balinese cuisine)
- Drinks (tea, coffee, water)
- 5 sessions of Yoga (1,5 hours each day)
- Personal development workshops (3 hours daily)
- Daily meditation sessions (30 min daily)
- 1 Balinese Massage

Should I rent a scooter?

If you want to be more independent during your stay you could rent a scooter, assuming you are an experienced driver. Nevertheless, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from Ubud at set times.

Is it ladies only?

Yes! I want to create a safe space of personal exploration and make you feel as comfortable as possible.  

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the retreat you will get your deposit back (50% of the total package price). After the 30 day period the deposit is non-refundable. 

What is your payment policy?

You pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot. A full refund is possible 1 month prior to the retreat. After that it is non refundable. We advise that you get cancellation insurance prior to booking in case of emergency and last minute cancellation. 

What applies for the airport transfer?

You are responsible for your own transfer. If you like we can book a driver for you for 300.000IDR
