Career Transitions

Identifying values, strengths and what really energises you will be the first steps we will take towards discovering your ideal career path. The end goal will be to attain a sense of meaning and a feeling that you are truly providing value to yourself and those around you.


I help people who are tired of attracting unhealthy relationships break free from this pattern and begin creating relationships where they feel nurtured, supported and free. Healthy relationships and deep connections are a cornerstone for wellbeing.

Stress Management

Using positive psychology and mindfulness techniques, I will help you to stay fully present and learn how to combat stress on a personal and professonal level. Learn how to respond instead of react, communicate mindfully and effectively handle challenging situations.


I believe the root cause of all suffering in the world is lack of self-love. Why are we so hard on ourselves? The cornerstone to attaining wellbeing, happiness and a life of fulfillment is first believing that you actually deserve it. Here I aim to cultivate self-compassion with evidence based exercises and guide you towards a state of awareness, acceptance and flourishing.


Are you living your life according to your values and what leaves you feeling fulfilled? Are your decisions, yours, or are you following society's norms on what you should be doing? Using socratic questioning and deep reflection I will help you identify what truly matters to you, what you want in life and how you can overcome fear to finally achieve it.


Lets work on cultivating optimism and shifting our perception around change and failure. Those two elements can be our biggest teachers if we embrace them and always look to find the silver lining. Bouncing back from adversity and cultivating a resilient approach to life is crucial for minimising stress and enhancing general wellbeing.

Hi I'm Cassandra

I believe that every individual already has all the resources they need to achieve their goals. Sometimes though, we lose sight of this and need someone to remind us; to gently guide us towards our truth. I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, a Diploma in Personal Coaching from Kingstown College Dublin and a BA in Communications from Panteion University Athens. I have travelled the globe and made bold moves to create more meaning in my life and redefine happiness. I hope to inspire and help you to do the same.
