Creating meaning has shown to significantly impact psychological wellbeing and help us live longer. Creating meaning does not necessarily mean making radical life changes and volunteering for noble causes. But more identifying where our passion and providing value to those around us meets. I believe the root cause of all suffering in the world is lack of self-love. Why are we so hard on ourselves? The cornerstone to attaining wellbeing, happiness and a life of fulfillment is first believing that you actually deserve it. Here I aim to cultivate self-compassion with evidence based exercises and guide you towards a state of awareness, acceptance and flourishing.

I believe that every individual already has all the resources they need to achieve their goals. Sometimes though, we lose sight of this and need someone to remind us; to gently guide us towards our truth. This strong conviction in the infinite potential we have and my love for personal growth, urged me to leave a 9 year career in Communications and pursue coaching. I am currently completing a MsC in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London and I have a Diploma of Personal Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin. I have travelled the globe and made bold moves to create more meaning in my life and redefine happiness. I hope to inspire and help you to do the same.
